Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is highly preferred. The consultant will report to the QE Lead, but will also collaborate closely with other QA team members.
* This role requires someone capable of Managing team assignments and mentoring other QA consultants. Effectively communicating upward to leadership, including the QE Lead.
* Ensure that the ADT Test Case Authoring processes are followed. Perform sample quality checks of test cases to ensure they meet expected criteria for ADT.
* Oversee development of test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria. Provide QA Test Estimates. Participate in Agile ceremonies.
* Manage team assignments and workload, escalating issues as necessary. Determine regression testing needs and ensure test cases are current.
* Optimize and execute test suites efficiently.
* Work with the ADT team to acquire data for test cases. Ensure Entry criteria are met and escalate issues.
* Follow the approved Test Strategy and document deviations in a change log. Ensure traceability between user stories, test cases, and bugs.
* Enter RAID items for risks and issues. Escalate blockers. Provide critical information regarding testing capacity.
* Report test authoring and execution status, bug status, and quality trends.
* Contribute to Go/No Go UAT Entry Meetings. Demo working software to stakeholders.
* Act as a backup to manually execute test cases. Document business process info (Primer) for QA training. Where applicable, work with the automation team to identify manual test cases suitable for automation. Implement process improvements.
* Provide monthly bug information for Value Calculation reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is highly preferred. The consultant will report to the QE Lead, but will also collaborate closely with other QA team members.
* This role requires someone capable of Managing team assignments and mentoring other QA consultants. Effectively communicating upward to leadership, including the QE Lead.
* Ensure that the ADT Test Case Authoring processes are followed. Perform sample quality checks of test cases to ensure they meet expected criteria for ADT.
* Oversee development of test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria. Provide QA Test Estimates. Participate in Agile ceremonies.
* Manage team assignments and workload, escalating issues as necessary. Determine regression testing needs and ensure test cases are current.
* Optimize and execute test suites efficiently.
* Work with the ADT team to acquire data for test cases. Ensure Entry criteria are met and escalate issues.
* Follow the approved Test Strategy and document deviations in a change log. Ensure traceability between user stories, test cases, and bugs.
* Enter RAID items for risks and issues. Escalate blockers. Provide critical information regarding testing capacity.
* Report test authoring and execution status, bug status, and quality trends.
* Contribute to Go/No Go UAT Entry Meetings. Demo working software to stakeholders.
* Act as a backup to manually execute test cases. Document business process info (Primer) for QA training. Where applicable, work with the automation team to identify manual test cases suitable for automation. Implement process improvements.
* Provide monthly bug information for Value Calculation reporting.
