As a Software Quality Engineer – Payment Solutions, you will take ownership of the functionality, reliability, and quality of Elo's payment software systems. You will play a vital role in both manual and automated testing processes while supporting our growing need for L3 testing, automation, and certification acceleration. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product owners both onshore and offshore.
- Own quality control procedures for Elo’s payment software solutions, including new feature validation and regression.
- Lead and execute L3 Certification Testing, increasing our capacity to handle concurrent L3 projects which will help accelerate certifications.
- Work as a Pay App QA Engineer, collaborating with engineering and product teams on app changes needed for processor or customer requirements (e.g., P2PE, SSF).
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase test efficiency and coverage.
- Utilize tools such as Testing Robots to improve the speed and reliability of L3 testing.
- Ensure test coverage across a wide range of scenarios, including processor-specific and compliance-driven use cases.
- Document and track defects, working with developers on resolution and verification.
- Communicate clearly across product, engineering, and QA teams regarding test progress, risks, and issues.
- Continuously improve QA processes and promote best practices in automation, documentation, and Agile execution.
- Work closely with onshore and offshore development and quality engineering teams to define and create test plans, test strategies, test cases, and scripts, and manage defects.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 4+ years of software QA experience.
- Hands-on experience in payment card industry and related domain testing.
- Experience in L3 certification processes and payment app testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Testing Robots or similar tools used in payment certification testing.
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Perl, or equivalent for automation development.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and communicate application defects effectively.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and web-based application environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, risk analysis, and technical writing skills.
- Proactive mindset and comfort working in a dynamic Scrum team setting.
- Strong documentation capabilities necessary for documenting processes and procedures
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule.

Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $86,80 and 119,300 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.

Your Impactful Role
- Ensures all cash is posted to the accounts receivable and balanced to cash received.
- Will receive daily deposit of insurance checks, and forward to appropriate parties for information.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that lockbox is opened, sorted and uploaded to EMR in a timely manner.
- Prepares notice and request detail backup for any items that can’t be posted.
- Prepares necessary adjusting entries for reimbursement variances, ensuring appropriate records are maintained for cost reporting.
- Researches any cash application problems and takes the appropriate corrective action. assuring data is accurate and submitted in accordance with processing deadlines.
- Post all payments and write-offs to the appropriate accounts, maintaining the highest of quality for each transaction processed.
- Contact insurance companies on questionable or missing EOB’s.
- Verify the payment received is paid per the specific payer contract.
- Ensures the posting of payments are done in a 48 hour turnaround time.

Job Summary
Support Portfolio Analysts and Account Executives by processing payments, entering invoices, balancing transactions while managing a small portfolio of AR only clients.
Primary Responsibilities
• Match ACH remittances with payments, scan images into factoring software and apply payments to invoices.
• Balance incoming payments to loan software daily
• Post all incoming lockbox checks to invoices.
• Support collateral analysts by entering invoices as needed.
• Identify red flags, assess risk, and recommend solutions to the appropriate individuals (Account Executives)
• Maintain outstanding customer service to clients, prospects, account debtors and all internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a small portfolio of AR only clients with a focus of preventing operational risk rating downgrades.

Programme Overview
We are looking for entrepreneurial, technology-passionate, client-focused individuals; to join us for a six-month analyst programme in GPS where you will learn and experience first-hand how we use the power of our people and technology to transform treasury / cash management solutions for our clients.
What your time will look like with us?
- You will be aligned with, and work on projects for either the Sales and Product teams within GPS; as a Treasury Sales / Product Analyst you will be thrust into our customer-driven and technology-focused culture placing you at the heart of transactional banking.
- Early exposure to work with clients; this will include attending client / prospective client meetings (either virtual or face-to-face) as well as contributing to the growth and winning of new business.
- Learn how money moves around the globe and how our treasury and cash management solutions support transaction flows for some of the biggest corporate and financial institutions in the world.
- Understand the end-to-end lifecycle of GPS business: product development, commercialisation, sales pitch preparation, proposal delivery to clients, pricing negotiation, legal negotiation, client onboarding / implementation after the business is won, and ongoing maintenance of client relationships.
- Exposure to / collaboration with the wider pool of stakeholders whom GPS works with (e.g., the various GPS product areas outside your summer programme alignment, our internal partners across Commercial and Corporate Banking and the internal / external support teams in Sales Enablement, Servicing, Compliance and Technology, etc.).
- Develop the necessary technical skills to analyse data in excel, build presentation slides in PowerPoint and work with Profit & Loss statement.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- 5+ yearsof experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated success inpartner-led sales, especially with ISVs or platform providers.
- Strong understanding ofpayment processing, embedded payments, and integration models.
- A robustnetwork of ISV and channel partnersin the U.S. market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
- This position is eligible for a base salary range between $120,000 - $50,000 USD.
- This position is eligible for uncapped commission.
- This position is fully remote within the contiguous 48 United States and may require up to 50% travel.
