We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented HR Business Partner for our Automation & Motion Control Segment. Reporting to the Vice President HR, AMC you'll play a pivotal role in both strategic & administrative functions by driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and culture. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Partner to be a trusted talent advisor and coach to leaders

• A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to seek out ways to streamline and improve HR processes and initiatives

$90K-120K USD
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
