**POSITION DETAILS**
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Human Resources, the HR Specialist is responsible for administering all employee benefits while providing the highest quality of customer service. In addition to the duties listed in the CUNY Overview, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Job Overview
Human Resource associates assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR (Human Resources) related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
