- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
- PMI or PMP certification.
- Experience in coordinating projects and tracking detailed plans to accomplish goals.

Experience and Skill Requirements
- Minimum of two years, hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Team oriented
- Ability to communicate with property owners, both residential and commercial
- Experience working with both time and material
- Xactimate estimating highly preferred
- Contractor's License preferred
Compensation
As a Construction Project Manager, you will receive a base salary plus bonuses based on profitability. Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview. In addition, you will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card, toll tag or pass, lap-top, smart phone and all the tools you will need to assure success.
