This role offers a highly competitive salary range of $75,000 to $135,000 per year, depending on relevant industry experience, and provides the chance to take ownership of some of the most technically challenging work in the field.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to manage the moving parts of a job site, and brings hands-on leadership to every phase of construction. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and crews. Projects may involve driven piles, caissons, micro piles, soldier pile and lagging, auger cast piles, tiebacks, sheet piling, and ground improvement systems — so previous experience with deep foundation methods is a strong advantage.

- Experience with Procore and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple job sites and travel frequently within NYS

- See that labor costs are optimized through ongoing oversight and planning with the right subcontractors and carpenters
- Proficient with noting job progress within Project Management Software
- Contact every assigned customer at least twice a week with progress reports
- Maintain reliable subcontractor base
- Attend pre-construction meetings
- Coordinate the need, use and movement of materials, equipment, and personnel between jobs
- Ensure that all expenditures are first supported by an approved purchase order
- Participate in on-call rotation
