+ Working with Marketing senior leadership and the Data Insights team, identifies advisor experience metrics/KPIs and establishes overall advisor experience objectives and goals.
+ Develops plans to acquire external market research data as well as internal research data, interprets responses/results, and makes actionable business decisions based on insights.
+ Designs, proposes and implements marketing strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet short- and long-term business needs.
+ Manages all aspects of the Marketing Advisory Council(s), including member selection and ongoing communication, agenda/content and presenter coordination, council meeting moderation, and all meeting logistics.
+ Builds broad-based support for marketing ideas and projects. Develops concepts for marketing campaigns and leads cross-functional teams on creative and campaign execution. Creates, curates, and distributes content to achieve defined objectives and align with roadmap and goals.
+ Develops, tests, and executes CRM, email, and other direct marketing campaigns and tactics with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Measures outcomes against KPIs and adjusts future campaigns as a result.
+ Manages deadlines, expectations, and logistics coordination for meetings, conferences/events, and projects through regular communication. Leads conference/event participation and content coordination for Marketing, and tracks results of participation.
+ Prepares/manages cost estimates and budgets for key events and initiatives.
+ Develops actionable analysis on the effectiveness of various marketing strategies and campaigns and incorporates insights into marketing plans and future initiatives.
+ Builds relationships on all levels, both within and outside of the department, including associates in the firm's account management, product management, corporate communications, practice management, data/insights, IT, content coordination, and other departments. Develops/ensures connections leading to enhanced opportunities for visibility and advisor engagement.
+ Presents to audiences of various levels and sizes (financial advisors, branch professionals, prospective advisors, RJ management) on topics ranging from a general marketing overview to topics requiring a higher level of marketing subject matter expertise. Presents to management audiences to gain feedback and/or approval for roadmaps, campaigns/strategies, budgets and other plans. Represents department in booths at conferences, expos, technology centers, etc.
+ Manages all aspects of the Marketing Advisory Council(s), including member selection and ongoing communication, agenda/content and presenter coordination, council meeting moderation, and all meeting logistics.
+ Builds and maintains database of advisor success stories/case studies and manages ongoing relationships with advisors, branch/complex managers, branch professionals, etc.
+ Supports the Home Office Visit (HOV) program for prospective advisors meeting with marketing leaders.
+ Independently balances multiple conflicting resource and priority demands.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Description:
The Universal Television Entertainment Group (UTEG) is looking for a marketing strategist to join our team - a detail-minded and collaborative team member who's passionate about how entertainment brands connect with audiences and show up in culture. In this role, you'll work with the Manager, Marketing Strategy to support the evolution of the Peacock brand, ensuring it is represented consistently across campaigns and content. You'll be a big part of the team that connects audience insights and creative ideas to brand priorities, helping keep projects moving forward and making sure everyone has the information they need to deliver their best work. In addition to assisting with day-to-day marketing strategy support and administrative functions, you'll serve as a department liaison to partners across Peacock, NBC, Bravo, and NBC Sports.

Basic Requirements:
+ + 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, media, communications, data and analytics, or related field.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as Keynote for Mac (or willingness to learn it).
+ Comfortability managing multiple tasks simultaneously, in which no task is too big or small.
