Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain compounding equipment, ensuring proper functionality and preventing cross-contamination .

Disassembly and Reassembly: Disassembling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling processing equipment.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment. Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other regulations.

Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other team members, communicate effectively, and report any issues or deviations to supervisors.

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
Availability 5am-4pm Sunday through Thursday
The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Position Summary: Our Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventative maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and installation of various semiconductor fabrication machines.
Responsibilities:
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating and repair manuals.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to identify root cause problems and put corrective actions in place.
• Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance duties on production equipment.
• Complete and maintain required documentation for quality standards.
• Rebuild equipment and sub-assemblies as required.
• Perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.
• Participate in Maintenance or cross-functional teams such as 5S+ and CIP.
• Take ownership of small projects and equipment assembly tasks
• Work with outside vendors as required
• Process chemical and gas handling
• Maintains critical spares and consumables inventory.
The job also requires performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Education: 2 Year Technical/Associates Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, Semi-Conductor Manufacturing or a related discipline or equivalent military training / work experience.
Experience and/or Training:
• 2 years experience in a maintenance manufacturing position
• Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation
• Ability to define, initiate, manage, and execute on projects to improve tool function and metrics. The ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, prioritize tasks, and plan for maintenance is essential
• Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
Technology/Equipment: Competent with Windows OS interfaces, MS office suite.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to work 12 hours shifts
• Ability to work with and around chemicals
• Wear complete fab attire for an entire shift and meet all safety and cleanroom requirements

Pay Rate: $23-27 an hour Based on Experience

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing safe, timely and cost-effective repairs to machinery. This position will be completing scheduled/unscheduled facilities & maintenance repairs, which will support efficient plant operations, minimize production down time, and ensures that products are manufactured in a safe and cost-effective environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ability to perform all tasks described on Maintenance Technician training matrix for a level one technician.
- Troubleshoot & remedy problems with facilities equipment and controls systems.
- Respond to any maintenance and facilities emergency that occurs on the off shifts and make necessary corrections.
- Perform preventative maintenance to equipment to assure efficient and long-term trouble-free operation.
- Support with external contractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Prioritize work orders based on business needs and site priorities.
- Perform facilitates troubleshooting and repairs as required.
- Troubleshoot controls systems for electrical and mechanical needs.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of (2) years of experience or associate degree with (1) years experience required.
- Experience must be in a manufacturing environment in the areas of facility maintenance and repair, equipment installation.
- Proficient use of electrical and mechanical hand and tools required.
- Requires ability to lift 60 lbs., climb ladders and work at heights 10-20 feet above plant floor.
- Trade experience preferred.
- Ability to become versed in all trades.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Flexibility to daily roles required.
- On call weekend rotation, typically once a month, and flexibility with team required.
- Strong facilities troubleshooting and repair skills required.
