Mission

Coordinate vessel asset/operations management, authorities, subcontractors, and supply chain functions to ensure safe and timely equipment mobilization/demobilization, customs clearance, tracking, handling, storage, and final delivery onto vessels.

Supervise Marine Agency services, customs, immigration, supply, waste disposal, and crew changes in accordance with project, corporate, and HSE/security standards.

Support logistics planning and coordinate with logistics teams and subcontractors.

Tasks

Coordinate with operations to manage marine fleet formalities and permits, customs procedures from receipt to offshore transportation, and liaise with tax and supply chain departments to ensure compliance and smooth execution.

Arrange supplies required by marine fleet, support crew changes and immigration formalities, supervise waste disposal services, and manage subcontractor services and documentation for invoicing.

Inspect received materials, ensure certification for offshore use, maintain inventory, and coordinate delivery and distribution of materials and equipment offshore.

Ensure material traceability, optimize storage, and support goods transportation and loading operations, maintaining safety and project schedule adherence.

Coordinate with supply chain and clients for goods collection, transport, and tracking from yards to vessels, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
