This role will be dedicated to support integration solutions for modular data centers out of our West Chester, OH facility. They will oversee the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
- Lead and Coordinate: Oversee production activities within the assigned cell, ensuring processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor Production Schedules: Maintain and monitor schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Team Management: Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

This position involves using hand tools and equipment to clean machinery and work areas. Duties include using shovels, scrapers, power washing equipment, and hoses to clean ash, oil, spills, and other substances. Workers will perform overall cleaning during shutdowns and must be able to repetitively lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and crawl. Lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and climbing ladders or stairs is required. **Responsibilities**
+ Use hand tools and equipment for cleaning tasks on machinery and work areas.
+ Clean ash from products and shovel into buckets.
+ Clean oil, spills, and other substances from areas around machinery.
+ Perform overall cleaning of entire machines during shutdowns.
+ Lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, or crawl repetitively.
+ Lift 50 lbs unassisted.
+ Climb ladders attached to machinery or stairs.
+ Use of PPE required for certain areas.
+ Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
