We are currently seeking full-time Fulfillment Associates that will specialize in laser engraving and personalization (previous experience not required).
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Personalizing Products - This role uses laser engraving and heat transfer equipment to add custom touches to products. If you are comfortable using a computer to navigate various software programs - we encourage you to apply (no special certification or advanced skills needed-we'll train you!)
- Support other areas in our fulfillment center such as Shipping, Material Inspection and Assembly as needed

Summary of Functions:
- Sort / Grade incoming garments
- Inventory garments
- Pull product from inventory location to fill work orders
- Tape and chip garments
- Scan barcode labels and RFID chips
- Sort orders of garments into shipping boxes by location
- Operate shipping equipment
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisor and adhere to the direction of plant management within scope of responsibilities.
- Comply with strict OSHA standards
- Operate all equipment according to OSHA standards.
- Perform job functions adhering to OSHA standards.
- Decontaminate work area after shift according to OSHA standards.
- Assure Lock-out Tag Out policies are adhered to at all times.
- Shut off all equipment when not in use.
- Comply with the ImageFIRST Way guidelines.

The Role:
Reports to FC Supervisor with responsibilities in inbound, outbound, returns and/or inventory control. Leads the team in executing job functions correctly, meeting performance and accuracy requirements and removing obstacles. The Role:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Getting a package to a customer's doorstep is not an easy task. Our fulfillment associates should be ready to provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they come up. In this role, you will work closely with your floor manager, team leads, and fellow associates. About the Position
The Fulfillment Center Associate has overall responsibility to work productively in the Fulfillment Center, as the Senior Director of Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities best sees fit for daily operation. Managers or Supervisors will assign specific tasks within their respective departments daily. Each Fulfillment Center Associate is responsible for knowing how to perform all of the following functions in both Retail/Wholesale and E-Commerce such as receiving, stocking, put away, picking, packing/manifesting, returns, replenishment and VAS.
A day in the life.
- This position is responsible for following all procedures and meet or exceed the required productivity rates established for all tasks in all departments.
- All Fulfillment Center employees must understand and adhere to the "Fulfillment Center Work Rules". These works rules are posted on the bulletin boards located near the main entrances of the Fulfillment center.
- In addition, each Fulfillment Center Associate will be responsible to learn at least 2 of the following tasks: operate a forklift truck; sales sample processing; returns processing; zone checks; cycle counting; shipping; and, and assist with building maintenance.
- This position is responsible for a sense of urgency and an appreciation of the deadlines set by the industry. Because of the seasonality of the industry, timeliness is essential. Merchandise is either on time or the deadline is missed; there is no concept of lateness. Deadlines must be met.
- This position is responsible for treating the merchandise with appreciation and respect. Lilly Pulitzerâ merchandise is special and high quality. It should be handled with care and respect.
- This position is responsible for assisting in any company sales as assigned by the Senior Director of Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities. This includes assisting with the setup, operations during and after the sales.
- A high school diploma is strongly preferred, but not required for this position.
- One year of relevant work experience in a Fulfillment or materials handling environment, preferably in soft goods or apparel is strongly preferred, but not required for this position.
- This position requires responsibility, dependability and commitment. This position requires a sense of urgency and the ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads and deadlines. In the apparel business there is no concept of lateness. The company is either on time or it has missed the deadline.
- This position requires the understanding and appreciation that the merchandise is high quality, premium apparel which should be handled with care and respect.
- The personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day while pushing a cart and the ability to place a carton of merchandise, weighing as much as 40 pounds, from the floor or cart to a pickable location, are required.
- The ability to operate a forklift truck is helpful, but not necessary.

The Role:
A double reach forklift driver is responsible for the physical and electronic case movement within the four walls of the fulfillment center.
What You'll Do:
- Move cases physically and electronically as required for fulfillment and general movement in facility.
- Able to operate an RF gun.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Operate power equipment: ride behind jack, sit down reach truck, or High Reach truck.
- Notify supervisor immediately when encountering any issues.
- Always maintain proper safety procedures , including proper lifting and reporting any incidents and accidents within 24 hours.
- Able to meet accuracy goal(s).
- Able to meet productivity goals.
- Assist in other departments when necessary.
Who You Are:
- You possess basic computer skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to count accurately
- You possess strong interpersonal skills
- You can work independently and collaboratively
- You are a self-starter
- High school graduate/GED
- Driver's License
Nice to Haves:
- Experience driving forklift Reach and Cherry Picker
- Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
- Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items)
- Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Able to work overtime
- Constant exposure to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, weather, poor lighting, or heavy machinery/equipment

The Customer Support Associate supports inbound customer requests via phone and email, resolves order issues, provides product assistance, and helps with warehouse fulfillment when needed. This position requires multitasking, professionalism, and strong communication skills in a warehouse and eCommerce setting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Respond to inbound calls and emails for order tracking and product support.

**Qualifications**
