As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support PMG across the Campus/Early Career candidate pipelineincluding candidate and requisition data validation, application review, interview scheduling, and background check coordination. This role plays a key part in delivering a thoughtful and efficient hiring experience by ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a welcoming approach throughout the recruitment process.
Youll also have the opportunity to contribute to learning programs for Campus/Early Career hires, with the benefit of supporting them from the interview process all the way through to joining PMG.
What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinate interview scheduling through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools, making the process smooth and seamless for candidates and teams alike.
- Arrange and manage candidate travelincluding booking and reimbursementto ensure a stress-free, welcoming experience.
- Maintain the Talent Acquisition teams calendar, managing meeting invites, logistics, and room reservations with care and precision.
- Greet and host candidates onsite at our Dallas office, offering thoughtful tours and helping create a comfortable, positive interview experience.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process by managing timely communications through our ATS.
- Process background checks, track results, and ensure steps are completed in a timely and organized way.
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a unified, thoughtful candidate experience from start to finish.
- Prepare interviewers by sharing schedules, logistics, and background materials to help them show up informed and ready.
- Review and update candidate data in our ATS to support clean records, smooth handoffs, and strong reporting accuracy.
- Create and share basic reports using the ATS and other tools to help the team stay informed and make data-backed decisions.
- Support our Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) by coordinating interviews, managing communications, setting up events, and helping deliver an engaging, organized experience for every candidate.
- Pitch in across Talent Acquisition Operationshelping with job description updates, system administration in Greenhouse, and process documentation.
- Lend a hand with broader People & Culture initiatives when needed, contributing to a collaborative and connected team environment.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of seasonal warehouse roles, from reviewing resumes and screening candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Provide exceptional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process, answering questions and providing timely updates via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Facilitate onboarding activities, including collecting necessary documents, scheduling orientation sessions, and conducting new hire follow-ups.
- Maintain meticulous records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure adherence to all hiring procedures and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the on-site HR team, warehouse leadership, and the recruiting team to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams as required.
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or administrative support.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Fluency in Spanish.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is 24.00 to 26.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Job Description
Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for managing the coordination of lateral recruitment efforts at PIMCO and play a crucial role in creating a positive and impactful experience for candidates. Our team collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, various internal teams and external partners to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
Responsibilities
- The role is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for executing all interview scheduling and related logistics.
- Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment status.
- Assist recruiters with administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, background check coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiting Coordination team, broader HR team).
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates to candidates.
- Simultaneously prioritize and execute a diverse array of tasks, exercising independent judgment and initiative.
- Advertise PIMCO opportunities on internal and external job boards to attract talent.
- Review and process talent acquisition related contracts and invoices with external partners.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects related to our HR optimization efforts.
- Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including identifying bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- 4+ years of related experience, preferably in a Talent Acquisition support capacity.
- Bachelor's degree

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

About the Role
As the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition- Executive Recruiting, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the future leadership landscape of Walmart. You will report directly to the Global Head of Executive Recruiting. Your key responsibilities will include understanding the needs of the business and closely partnering with Global Talent and Learning's Talent Management function to deliver a world class executive hiring process. This includes leveraging your deep market expertise, knowledge of the executive talent landscape, and experience attracting and hiring executive level talent. Furthermore, you will manage strategic partnerships with our vetted executive recruiting firms, ensuring we have relationships with the best to secure exceptional leaders.
**What you'll do.**
+ Work with the business to identify hiring needs at the Officer level. Understand the role, the capabilities needed for success now, and in the near future. Serve as the expert to guide the decision-making process of moving forward with an external search or identifying internal talent to fill the role.
+ Partner closely with the talent management function to build candidate slates that include internal talent.
+ Build tight partnerships with external agencies that have consistently delivered successful candidates to the business. Serve as a liaison to the agency and the business to "white glove" the process from identifying the talent need to serving up candidates. Hold our partner agencies to KPIs to ensure quality delivery.
+ Interface with Senior Leadership to understand the talent needs while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and understanding sensitivity of searches Live Walmart Values and serve as a brand ambassador when engaging with candidates and the external market.
+ Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movements within the industry; conduct regular market analysis to identify potential candidates. Leverage data and insights to influence successful searches.
