The Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Specialist position is responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs. Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and nurture multiple talent pipelines for current and future roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate and regularly meet with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill their open positions.
- Post and maintain job postings within our ATS, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our ATS system.
- Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of management and partner with senior leadership on hiring initiatives to suggest and implement improvements
- Schedule and conduct a high volume of phone and virtual video interviews to assess candidates and provide qualified candidates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate on new and innovative ways to attract and engage diverse talent.
- Assist hiring managers with scheduling and progressing through the hiring process to ensure timely onboarding of new team members.
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Range: $20.60 - $38.25 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, Inc., it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS, Inc.

JOB SUMMARY
Works closely with a team of recruiters managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships to support the daily Human Resources operations functions for a call-center facility. Responsible for all portions of roster management. This will vary by client but will include items such as confirmation of all personal candidate information, confirming completion of all new hire documents, communicating with new hires on their status as well as timely delivery of all required information to the client. Primary resource to ensure the completion of all candidate I9 forms. Required to send out an email at the end of every day, to all candidates that have received an offer in the last 24 hours with instructions for onboarding/background authorization/licensing link completion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling interviews and phone screens
- Working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging interviews for visiting candidates
- Updating candidate records, job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new for orientation
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting

Your role
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Operations and Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for planning and executing recruiting activities for non-exempt manufacturing professionals.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and recruitment efforts for high volume recruiting needs for the designated region, across divisions. You will develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, trade job fairs, targeted advertising, college and community outreach. You will manage internal and external job posting procedures, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system. **Summary**
The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for building and executing a scalable recruitment strategy to support large-scale, multi-site, high-volume hourly hiring needs. This leader will oversee a team of recruiters and partner closely with operations, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure the business is staffed with the talent it needs to meet performance and growth objectives.
Preference is Salisbury, MD-based but will consider candidates located close to Perdue facilities.
**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of high-volume hourly recruitment across multiple locations.
+ Develop and drive sourcing strategies that attract qualified candidates, with a focus on speed, efficiency, and quality in partnership with TA Operations.
+ Partner with operations leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment on talent pipelines.
+ Build and manage a high-performing TA team of both direct and indirect reports, including recruiters and interviewers, providing guidance, coaching, and development.
+ Use data and analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and inform process enhancements.
+ Partner with employment brand to launch and oversee employment branding initiatives tailored to hourly audiences, including social, community outreach, and grassroots efforts.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment practices.
+ Champion a positive candidate experience and represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity.
+ Identify potential partnerships with staffing partner vendors to successfully maintain required staffing levels at sites, manage vendor relationships.
**Minimum Education and Experience**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
The ideal candidate must have:
+ Proven success in high-volume hourly recruitment across multiple locations, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or hospitality.
+ Proven experience in vendor management.
+ Strong team leadership and people development skills.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Experience implementing or optimizing ATS and CRM tools, SuccessFactors a plus.
+ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
+ Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
**Experience Preferred**
+ Bilingual in Spanish or other languages common to the workforce is a plus.
+ Experience with centralized recruiting models and shared service environments.
**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
