This role, based in **Denver, Colorado, US**, will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top-tier talent across various engineering and technical disciplines. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a strong emphasis on building robust talent pipelines and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and IT professionals.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and competency-based assessments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment.
  • Extend and negotiate competitive job offers, ensuring a positive and successful outcome for both the candidate and the company.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Champion a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition and the technology industry.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a significant focus on technical roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for challenging tech positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of various technical domains and common tech stacks.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
