Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Product Management or Market Development and/or Innovation, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
You're fluent with rapid prototyping tools, low code/AI assistants or have developed AI-powered products within an enterprise setting and thrive outside your comfort zone. You get energized by customers-their challenges, feedback, and that "aha!" moment when you co-create something that clicks.
You've led, launched, or delivered business-impacting initiatives that didn't exist before you.
You thrive on collaboration, quick feedback loops, and making smarter bets, faster.
Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
