ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a seasoned and hands-on nonprofit leader, passionate about serving families and child care providers in Los Angeles. - A track record of success with managing high-performing, seasoned professionals as well as training and coaching mid-level staff.
- A demonstrated, lived commitment to DEIB in management practices, professional development, and workplace culture.
- A working knowledge of the early care and education (ECE) sector required; professional experience and leadership in those sectors is preferred.
- Expertise in budgeting, assessing, and reporting on program performance.
- State and/or federal contract experience is highly preferred, especially with Department of Education, Office of Head Start, and/or LA County.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range is 200,000 - 225,000 depending on experience. The Museum of Modern Art is seeking a Hyundai Card MoMA Program Officer for a two-year term, commencing in June/July 2025. The Program Officer will support the administration of the Museum’s Hyundai Card Exchange Program, which engages curators and curatorial affairs team members across the Museum in dialogue and exchange between New York City and Korea, including a regular program of MoMA staff travel to Korea for talks, research, studio visits, and other learning opportunities, as well as a series of 12-month Hyundai Card Visitors working full time at the Museum on various curatorial projects. - Assists in coordination of trips to Korea and elsewhere for the Museum’s International Program, including for the forthcoming Korean Primary Documents publication. The Chief Program Officer will oversee the long-term strategy for Greenpeace's strategic campaign areas, including Climate, Democracy, Oceans, and Forests. Our program is aligned on domestic priority goals and critical global projects. For the next three years, our domestic priority goal is to stop the expansion of the oil and gas industry in the United States and usher in its responsible and equitable phaseout with a federal plan of action in the next five years.
Globally, we are committed to projects where we can make a critical difference, such as winning a global oceans treaty, ending single-use plastics, stopping deep-sea mining, protecting Indonesia's forests and ecosystems, and safeguarding labor rights, as well as ending illegal, unreported, and unregulated commercial tuna fishing.
The Climate Team is campaigning to end fossil fuels and win a just transition and Green New Deal that prioritizes frontline communities and workers. This year, the Climate Team is focused on ending public fossil fuel subsidies at the federal level and accelerating the fossil fuel phase-out in California.
The Democracy Team conducts campaigns with allies to build a more inclusive democracy, defend and expand the right to peaceful protest, and stop the use of SLAPP suits to stifle dissent.
The Chief Program Officer must be a strategic and innovative thinker, impact-oriented, and understand the roles of science, politics, society, economics, media, and culture in creating lasting change. They should have a deep commitment to social and environmental justice, intersectional analysis, people power, and a critical understanding of corporate power and structural oppression.
This individual will guide the Program Team to deliver high-quality campaigns, peaceful actions, and thorough research that exposes environmental issues and promotes solutions for a sustainable and peaceful future. ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Contractor Program Security Officer (Journeyman) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. The Program Security Officer provides special access security oversight for the Missile Defense Agency supporting 10,000+ personnel at numerous geographically separated locations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interface with senior agency leadership and government officials to develop, document and publish MDA Special Access Program (SAP) Security Policy to protect sensitive special programs.
- Provide all facets of program security management in support of SAP initiatives, to include personnel, physical, information, industrial, and SCI security.
- Present indoctrination, debrief, and refresher training for program briefed personnel regarding obligations to protest classified information
- Ensure adequate secure storage and workspaces for customers, conduct annual inventory of accountable classified material and provide guidance and oversight to defense contractors.
- Prepare CUAs, MOUs, and MOAs for resident non-MDA SAPs for review and approval, develop and maintain SAP documentation
- Prepare and submit SOP, monitor security incidents. Maintain SOP facility and personnel folders.
- Maintain TSCO log book. Implement all applicable requirements to maintain Facility IDS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Has 3+ years of experience as a Program Security Officer (PSO) with at least 3 cumulative years in acquisition SAPs. The last SAP-related position must be within the last nine months.
- The PSO-Journeyman is capable of developing and implementing a multi-disciplined security program for complex, major acquisition Special Access Programs (SAPs). Knowledgeable of personnel, industrial, physical, IT/IA, and information security disciplines.
- BS/BA in related field or a combination of lower-level education, formal training and experience beyond the basic Journeyman baseline.
- Periodic travel is required for both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Must be able to travel at times that exceed two weeks per occurrence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive expertise in personnel, industrial, physical, personnel, IT/IA, and information security principals as applied to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
- Significant experience as the primary security officer for sensitive test plans.
Clearance Requirements:
- Top Secret (within 6-year scope) with current SCI eligibility is a must.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
