Role Purpose Jia Ying Community Services Society seeks a person-centered, values-driven and team-player programme executive for its active ageing centre. As a programme executive, you shall assume a pivotal role as both steward and changemaker, implementing active ageing programmes for seniors, coordinating with volunteers and community partners to reach out to and engage seniors in the community. This position requires more than curating and implementing programmes - it calls for teamwork, a joyful attitude, and a deep commitment to social impact. This position shall report directly to the programme manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in positioning Jia Ying to help, heal and honour seniors, caregivers and families. *Note: The work place is located at Blk 25 @ Jia Ying Active Ageing Centre (530025). Key Responsibilities 1. Active Ageing Programmes and Outreach Work with the programme manager to design, plan and implement programmes for seniors Ensure programmes support seniors’ physical health, cognitive health, encourage volunteerism amongst seniors, promote social connectedness and life-long learning. Work with programme manager to plan and implement outreach activities to seniors. 2. Operations Support Responsible for the safe and smooth daily operations of centre’s programmes. Manage registration, attendance and the necessary data to ensure programmes’ impact objectives are met. Ensure programmes and activities are in compliance with internal policies, funding requirements, and government regulations. 3. Community Engagement & Partnerships Build and strengthen partnerships with grassroots organisations, government agencies, volunteers, and community stakeholders. Develop innovative outreach strategies to increase senior participation and community impact. Represent Jia Ying Community Services in collaborations, community events, and inter-agency platforms. Qualifications & Experience We are looking for an individual with both heart and skill, someone who combines passion for service with professional excellence. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the elder care sector, preferably with experience in active ageing centres. Strong programme management and execution skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management. Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin and dialects / Malay. Personal Attributes: Mission-aligned, hands-on, collaborative, and highly organised. Engineering Programme Managers at Thought Machine are responsible for the delivery of complex technical programmes within the engineering division. We take a leading role in forming and planning each programme and support engineering departments that contribute to the programmes success.
Duties
- Manage technical programmes: planning, setting milestones and success criteria and coordination of complex multi-team, multi-month engineering programmes.
- Communicate schedules, priorities and updates to all levels in the company.
