- Review resumes, conduct prescreens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Ensure accurate and timely use of our Applicant Tracking System, UKG Pro, to maintain compliance and reporting.
- Represent FAIRWINDS at career fairs, networking events, and community engagements.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the FAIRWINDS brand and values.

Qualifications- 3+ years of recruiting experience required (corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting experience welcomed).
- Previous recruiting experience in Accounting, Finance, banking, or credit union preferred.
- Experience with UKG Pro or other applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards required.
- Knowledge of best practices in Talent Acquisition, compliance, and candidate experience required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, demonstrating both efficiency and quality in hiring outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for a blend of corporate functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc), technical roles (Engineering, Product, IT), and Sales positions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build strong pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure we're bringing in top talent to fuel our growth.

You will:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate and technical functions, from request to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job postings, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, events).
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, and culture add.
- Monitor and measure success and the overall ROI on all recruiting activities and spearhead initiatives that support hiring and conversion initiatives.
- Execute alongside some of the best talent developers in the FinTech space and learn from them, while also offering "best practices" from your past experience + as your acumen grows
- Build strong relationships with managers internally to run hiring manager trainings and serve as a SME resource as needed.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruiting projects (process improvements, system enhancements, etc).

- 3+ years related experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within Corporate and/or Technical recruiting
- An understanding of the recruiting function and process to partner effectively with the broader Talent team
- A proven track record of strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally, make recommendations, and drive solutions based on data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment and navigate ambiguity. Experience recruiting within a SaaS company a plus.
- Passion for creating an inclusive, candidate-first hiring process
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to "find talent everywhere"
- Experience working with underrepresented communities and identifying/developing mutually beneficial partnership, a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships within and outside of SpotOn

We are looking for a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to join our team in our Bay Area office. The Recruiter is responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for the organization.
Position SummaryThe Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) drives full cycle recruiting across professional, technical and hourly roles for our Bay Area operations and supports additional U.S. locations as needed. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, talent mapping, referrals, niche boards) and owns the entire interview process. Other tasks include assisting with background checks, onboarding and new-hire orientations to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruitment requisitions from intake through offer and pre-boarding.
- Coordinate availability, schedule interviews, manage panels, send confirmations, and handle reschedules.
- Lead structured phone/video screens; facilitate panel interviews; ensure consistent questions and scoring.
- Gather interviewer scorecards and qualitative feedback; synthesize findings into recommendations for management.
- Proactively use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, associations, universities, community partners and niche platforms to engage passive candidates.
- Maintain ongoing pipelines for critical roles (e.g., engineering, supply chain/MRO, operations, facilities, IT/infosec).
- Run intake meetings, align on success profiles, calibrate resumes, advise on interview plans and market data.
- Initiate and track pre-employment background checks with approved vendors.
- Coordinate offer letters, onboard new-hire, first-day logistics and support orientation agendas.
- Draft postings and outreach; represent the company at events (job fairs, campus, community).
- Track TA metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness); share weekly hiring updates; drive improvements.
- Provide recruiting coverage and best-practice support to other U.S. locations as needed.

- Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 35 years full-cycle recruiting, including professional/technical and hourly roles (manufacturing preferred).
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, calendar tools, video interview platforms, and ATS/HRIS.
- Understanding of labor markets, compensation basics and offer negotiation.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills; experienced facilitating interviews and influencing hiring teams.
- Organized, detail-driven scheduler; manages complex interview logistics smoothly.
- Strong facilitator with clear, objective candidate evaluation and synthesis skills.
- Comfortable engaging passive talent and testing new channels.
