JOB SUMMARY

Under supervision, responsible for enterprise security including design, testing, and delivery of security roles for named users and processes across multiple SAP platforms, including ECC, PI, BW, Solution Manager, BusinessObjects, SuccessFactors EC2, and other SAP-based systems as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Design, build, and maintain role-based security for ECC, PI, BW, Solution Manager, BusinessObjects, SuccessFactors EC2, and other SAP-based systems as appropriate.
  • Manage and develop user roles and profiles in SAP. Analyze segregation of duties to ensure a secure SAP system while allowing end users the appropriate access to complete their tasks and responsibilities. Develop custom authorization to support appropriate segregation of duties.
  • Provide expert level production support of SAP security issues and perform root cause analysis as needed.
  • Provide role-based security education working with the business community and business leads ensuring proper access is granted to end users.
  • Ensure SAP security solutions adhere to company policy and internal and external controls.
  • Play a key role in the change management and security testing processes ensuring that all security changes are tested and valid.
  • Construct quality work plans and deliverables from minimal definitions and work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Outline valid deliverables and execute to meet the communicated dates.
  • Establish and maintain change and project management documentation to support transition processes.
  • This position requires advanced knowledge of SAP user management, role and profile development, custom authorization development and segregation of duties analysis to ensure a secure SAP system while allowing end users the appropriate access to complete their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Liaison with multiple teams in development and implementation of SAP security.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Remain current on industry regulating bodies and standards such as FDA and SOX or JSOX (Japan Financial Instruments and Exchange Law).
  • Supports other departmental projects and priorities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience

  • 3 years in SAP security administration preferred.
  • Experience in securing SAP ECC, PI, BW, Solution Manager, BusinessObjects, SuccessFactors EC2, and other SAP-based systems.
  • Experience working with technical teams to design SAP security including use of: tables, reports, programs, and interface solutions.
  • Experience with SAP-focused audits and risk assessment, governance and compliance.
  • Identity management experience a strong plus.
  • SAP GRC experience or equivalent a strong plus.
  • Experience in a SOX or JSOX (Japan Financial Instruments and Exchange Law) regulated environment a strong plus.

Skills

  • Knowledge of security technologies, best practices, regulations and policies and procedures.

  • Perform the configuration, build and support testing / go-live activities for all relevant ERP applications (GTS, EWM, MDG, BW, ARIBA and BTP).

  • Act as a liaison between IT, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.  

  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to automate provisioning process leveraging available IAM, GRC and IAG solutions. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience applying SAP security features and best practices.

Role Overview:

This individual will be engaged in a large-scale full implementation of S4/HANA across the RTX organization and will require a solid background in SAP application security with emphasis on GTS, EWM, MDG, BW, ARIBA and BTP? The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in deploying all aspects of ERP security design, build, test, and go-live. In addition, this individual will work with the application owners, develop and support security priorities, create and maintain standards and procedures?

What You Will Do: ?

  • Strong understanding of SAP Authorization concept?

  • Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management Principles (Least privilege access, RBAC and UI masking)?

  • Gather requirements to drive the overall design and processes related to the ERP Transformation Project?

  • Perform the configuration, build and support testing / go-live activities for all relevant ERP applications (GTS, EWM, MDG, BW, ARIBA and BTP).

  • Act as a liaison between IT, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements?

  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to automate provisioning process leveraging available IAM, GRC and IAG solutions?

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience.

  • 5+ years' experience applying SAP security features and best practices.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience with security and compliance tools.

Looking for an experienced Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) and/or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a very dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will: develop, implement, administer and lead a Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) program team. Develop, implement, administer and lead SAP/SCI security policies and procedures for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Successful candidate should have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of industrial security regulations and federal security regulatory requirements of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals, and DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Manuals. Understand and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted programs. Develops and conducts security education and training programs for SAP and SCI. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. While this is primarily a first shift, M-Th 4X10 work week; mission requirements may include some business travel and work outside normally scheduled hours to include possibly nights and weekends to meet mission requirements.
Responsible for supporting RMS Special Programs at multiple locations. Serve as the main point of contact and liaison with stakeholders and the Customer. Selected candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse team to ensure all SAP/SCI requirements are met to include but not limited to:
1. Administering the SAP Nomination Process by processing, logging, and preparing incoming and outgoing SAP Nomination packages.
2. Administering the SCI Nomination process by processing, logging and preparing incoming and outgoing SCI Nomination packages. 3. Conduct annual SETA requirements in conjunction with the program off-sites; provide Foreign Travel briefings and handle reporting requirements. 4.Classified document control to include maintenance of logs, and tracking documents in transition.
5. Program Asset tracking to include tagging of all assets and updating asset information in the Security Information Management System (SIMS).
6. Administrative Security functions such as organizing and filing all administrative program security paperwork.
7. Maintaining all end of day logs, safe checks, visitor logs and pass down logs.
8. Process and track incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests.
9. Provide security escorting for uncleared personnel as required.
10. Write, implement, and administer multiple DD254s across multiple contracts and programs. 11. Perform COMSEC requirements for Special Programs.
12. Assist the Lead CSSM with additional security support as required by the RMS Special Programs Manager and/or the Customer.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Must have an active TS clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years, or the eligibility to reinstate a TS clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years, and the ability to obtain and maintain SAP & SCI access(es). Must be a team-oriented leader with a minimum of 8 years' experience in leading SAP and SCI program teams. **Job Summary**
This position is a direct report to the Applications Group Products Supervisor. Working with the Principal Product Consultant, delivers SAP Security application support for a large, complex portfolio of SAP applications. Provides technical expertise, leadership, and consultative support to the business client, IT management, developers and staff in risk assessments, architecture, configuration design, implementation and operational aspects of information security plans, procedures and products with a focus on the SAP environments including ECC, CRM, Business Warehouse, NetWeaver, GRC 10.1 and other SAP based applications. Develop, administer and execute preventive security maintenance programs, oversee problem management, perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans, and administer and report on security SLAs. V2X's National Security Solutions (NSS) has an immediate opportunity for an Office Manager/Site Lead with a background in Special Access Program (SAP) security disciplines, facilitation, and administration. The Office Manager/Site Lead serves as the on-site senior representative responsible for overseeing all contract operations, supervising contractor personnel, and ensuring program requirements are met across multiple locations. This position functions as the hiring manager for site staff, directs day-to-day activities, and acts as the primary liaison with government leadership. The Office Manager / Site Lead is accountable for workforce management, resource allocation, operational continuity, and compliance with all security and contract requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for all Team personnel actions to include hiring manager, performance/accountability reviews, compensation, training, leave requests/balances, award recognition, and day-to-day oversight of all program support activities.
+ Oversee daily site operations across three contract locations for approximately 12 personnel, ensuring tasks and projects meet technical, security, schedule, and cost requirements.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between contractor personnel and government leadership, providing coordination, support, and issue resolution to maintain seamless operations.
+ Act as the SAP Security Subject Matter Expert, supporting the Program Security Manager (PSM), Deputy PSM, and Government SAP Security Officer in all program security actions.
+ Manage resource allocation and authorize contractor support to ensure successful execution of contractual obligations.
+ Supervisory & Hiring Authority responsibilities:
+ Serve as hiring manager for site personnel, responsible for supporting recruiting efforts, interviewing, and selecting qualified staff.
+ Supervise and provide guidance to contractor personnel, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and performance standards.
+ Conduct performance management, including setting expectations, providing feedback, and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
+ Approve staffing assignments, reassignments, and resource allocations in support of contract and program requirements.
+ Act as final approver for site-level personnel actions, ensuring alignment with company and contractual requirements.
+ Lead and facilitate regular meetings, including:
+ Bi-weekly coordination sessions with government security leadership to address outstanding issues.
+ Bi-weekly government security staff meetings, providing contractor status updates and announcements.
+ Quarterly contractor team meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and discuss best practices.
+ Ensure business continuity during emergent situations (e.g., facility alarms, power outages) by coordinating after-hours manning and operational coverage as required.
+ Oversee front desk operations and visitor control schedule, ensuring core hours are covered and reassigning staff as necessary to maintain proper support.
Qualifications
+ Education / Certifications:
+ High school diploma (or equivalent)
+ Position requires U.S. citizenship and a final DoD TOP SECRET clearance with most recent investigation (SSBI, SBPR, PPR, T5, T5R) completed within the last 6 years.
+ Experience:
+ Five (5) years' experience in a DoD SAP Security environment (Military, Govt Civilian, or DoD contractor).
+ Three (3) years' experience as a Team Leader in a comparable position.
+ Comprehensive knowledge in all security disciplines at the SAP level.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of Navy, DoD, and IC policies (e.g., DoD Vol 1-4, ICD 704, NISPOM, etc.) regarding Personnel, Physical, and Information Security Standards and Procedures.
+ Demonstrated experience working with Defense Information System for Security (DISS), JADs, and JADE.
+ Skills & Technology Used:
+ Demonstrated experience with MS Office Tools, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional (PDF).
+ Decision making skills that promote working autonomously when managing and executing projects, tasks, and work assignments.
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

+ The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
+ USD $30,000- 145,000
