The WorkManage a team maintaining infrastructure, Internal Development Platform, and Ripple product accessibility. The role will span overseeing the development and reliability of key infrastructural components related to compute, build, integration, deployment, secure access among others. You are someone who is acutely focused on site reliability but also has a close pulse on the internal engineering experience, and makes good tradeoffs on what to build and why. You understand how to build Internal Developer Platforms and ways to make continual progress and delivery without getting bogged down by complexity. You have good mechanisms to assess reliability, availability, latency and cost and ensure the right instrumentation is in place to enable these to be reviewed and improved. You are a force multiplier for developers and application owners in the organization.
What you’ll do- Lead and inspire a team of Infrastructure engineers to continuously deliver availability and reliability of Ripple products
- Have good instincts for Platform Engineering and developing Internal Developer Platforms
- Building and operating production software at internet scale
- Balancing bias to action with the ability to make well-informed bets
- Collaborating closely with our key partners as well as engaging directly with engineering customers to understand their needs and improve their experience
- Owning, crafting, and maintaining processes and tooling for infrastructure organization, while incorporating your own tooling and processes.
- Support operations for infrastructure features and services
- Build in observability for internal infrastructure services as well as provide related observability frameworks for applications
- Minimize our mean time to resolve incidents by reacting to monitoring alerts, problems reported by employees or customers in a timely manner
- Strong familiarity with AWS tools and services
- 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse software infrastructure engineering teams.
- Experience building & operating highly reliable distributed systems in a cloud environment

TransImpact is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead the development and evolution of a core segment of the company’s technology architecture. This includes driving platform-wide AI capabilities, defining integration and connector strategies, and overseeing the development of critical platform services such as authentication, performance, and security.
In this role, the Director will lead strategic change management initiatives across significant areas of the organization while fostering the growth and development of engineering teams. About the role:
The Platform Reports team sits at the heart of our data ecosystem, with a mission to empower our customers with insights. We build and own the core platform that enables users to create custom reports and dashboards using the full breadth of their data. Internally, we act as a critical accelerator for all product teams, providing a unified integration point that makes their data instantly reportable. Our team owns the end-to-end report lifecycle—from fetching and transforming to visualizing—and we're pushing the boundaries of user experience with innovative features like our conversational AI report builder.
Samsara uses Golang for our backend, Typescript and React for our web client, GraphQL to fetch data from our backend, and React Native for our mobile app. Direct experience with these technologies is not required.

About the roleThe Platform Reports team sits at the heart of our data ecosystem, with a mission to empower our customers with insights. We build and own the core platform that enables users to create custom reports and dashboards using the full breadth of their data. Internally, we act as a critical accelerator for all product teams, providing a unified integration point that makes their data instantly reportable. Our team owns the end-to-end report lifecycle—from fetching and transforming to visualizing—and we're pushing the boundaries of user experience with innovative features like our conversational AI report builder.
Samsara uses Golang for our backend, Typescript and React for our web client, GraphQL to fetch data from our backend, and React Native for our mobile app. Direct experience with these technologies is not required.

- Support the development of new teams and areas in Infrastructure, such as Search Platform
