Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Handyman to join our team to support the repair division of our reputable paint company. This role primarily focuses on carpentry and general repair services, with occasional support on painting projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be versatile, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general repairs.
• Handle handyman duties such as minor drywall repair, hardware installation, fixture replacement, and other home repair services.
• Support painting crews when additional labor is needed (prep work, cutting-in, rolling, or finish work).
• Follow job orders, project timelines, and quality standards set by the Project Manager.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
