This position is based out of our headquarters located in Miami, FL and requires travel to special events as needed (approximately 30%).
Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution (60%)
Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and go-to-market plans that excite consumers and energize sales teams
Build and maintain a brand activity calendar, product release schedule, and manage budgets accordingly
Drive product development from ideation to shelf - including positioning, packaging, timelines, storytelling, and cross-functional execution
Business & Brand Performance (20%)
Monitor and report on brand performance, financial KPIs, and consumer engagement metrics
Manage brand P& Ls and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence on forecasting, ROI analysis, and demand planning
Recommend budget revisions, resource allocation, and optimization strategies based on performance and business needs
Promotional & Event Activation (10%)
Execute marketing communications including digital campaigns, print, social, TV/radio, signage, event collateral, and point-of-sale materials
Support and attend key industry events to maximize brand exposure and connect with core consumers
Coordinate all brand presence at events including planning, setup, and live activation
Consumer & Market Insights (10%)
Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activity
Conduct regular market visits and leverage internal and external data sources (SAP, Power BI, etc.) to inform brand strategy
Partner with other brand managers to share intelligence and uncover white space opportunities
Skills & Abilities
Ability to lead inter-departmental teams to achieve brand objectives
Strategic thinking and analytical capability

**Overview:**
Audacy Chicago is looking for an exceptional and visionary Brand Manager to lead the premiere AAA station in the nation at the legendary WXRT-FM. As a Brand Manager, you will provide artistic, creative, inspirational, and professional leadership for WXRT as well as local oversight and communication.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate a clear vision. A deep understanding of the Triple A format, its history, and an inspired roadmap for continued growth is mandatory. This station helped create and lead the AAA format for several decades; you'll help reinvent the format to attract new audiences while remaining true to the format and station's mission, heritage, and commitment to music discovery.
**Responsibilities**
**What You'll Do:**
+ Be responsible for all aspects of the station's brand experience, including on-air content (music, imaging, air talent, features, sonic signature and vibe, etc.), events, promotions, contesting, and digital presence.
+ Craft music logs, schedule and direct talent, and engage with artists and record labels to secure unique content and experiences for our audience.
+ Coordinate station visits and in-house performances.
+ Collaborate with marketing, sales & promotions staff to achieve ratings goals and advertiser results while protecting the audience and the brand.
+ Meet and exceed mutually agreed upon ratings and digital goals in a competitive landscape with enthusiasm and high standards.
+ Understand how to use station social media to enhance ratings, the brand, and audience engagement.

THE ROLE: BRAND MANAGER
Reporting to the Brand Director for our Supplements business, the Brand Manager will serve as a key member of the Brand team by owning strategic base business initiatives and analyses for owned segments. You will be responsible for monitoring brand health across channels and helping determine how to maximize growth by analyzing competitive activity, consumer feedback and industry trends. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Champion the development of bold ideas to drive growth and deliver against the business and brand strategies.
+ With support of the Brand Director, and in collaboration with the Innovation team, develop the long- term strategy for VMS segments inclusive of marketing, innovation and channel strategies.
+ Manage multiple VMS segments and associated projects for base business, including renovation and label updates.
+ Develop and execute best in class plans for owned segments, annually and long term, including launch plans for new Innovation items .
+ Participate in Quarterly Business Review process for the multiple VMS segments. Monitor business and brand health through shipment/consumption data and competitive analysis, and make ongoing recommendations and adjustments to ensure that the brand delivers against annual targets.

+ Lead and partner with communications, insights, and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities, build plans and execute world class marketing programs
+ Own your brand's integrated communications strategy from briefing to optimization to measurement. You will tap into expertise from A-list agencies and media partners to deliver communications plans that penetrate culture.
+ Be the face of your brand, championing your growth initiatives rooted in consumer needs and keen business expertise
**Requirements:**
We are looking for leaders who have the drive and desire to make a big impact, who are motivated by results, who thrive at working with diverse teams to tackle big challenges, and who have a true passion for marketing.
+ Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is preferred
+ At least 3 years of brand marketing or brand management experience. CPG/Beverage experience from a Fortune 500 CPG company preferred.

+ Exceptional team leader with a commanding presence and an ability to influence across functions, leadership levels and customer teams
+ Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, reacting with urgency, agility, sound judgement and often without specific direction

+ Expertise in developing and implementing brand strategies based on consumer insights, market data, category trends, and the competitive environment
