RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
- Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Assist in training less experienced technicians with repairs, maintenance assignments and adjustments
- Perform required administrative duties when necessary
- Assist in other areas of the vehicle maintenance shop as needed

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to OEM standards

**Job Summary:** The Fire Specialist Supervisor provides technical assistance to Stellantis locations and security personnel on fire prevention/protection issues and fire life safety for plant processes, new construction and facility renovation in accordance with Stellantis Corporate Security.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Support the North America fire protection engineering program.
+ Maintain fire inspection procedures and forms for contract security personnel.
+ Support the development of fire protection policies and standards.
+ Support fire training initiatives through coaching and development of local security personnel.
+ Investigate internal fire incidents.
+ Review fire incident reports, track common fire root causes and contribute to lessons learned for local security personnel.
+ Work with fire protection vendors to maintain budgetary quotes to upgrade or repair fire protection equipment, review and follow up on inspection reports, and assist with initiatives to reduce overall costs.
+ Review local fire inspection equipment, inspection documentation, hot work programs, and fire response readiness to determine and report compliance with fire program requirements.
+ Support new construction to ensure Stellantis fire protection requirements are met.
+ Assist with implementation of policy or regulatory requirements at the field level.
+ Interact with colleagues in other company departments to discuss common fire related issues and recommendations.
+ Perform acceptance testing of fire pumps, special fire suppression systems, sprinkler systems, and water supply components.
+ Participate in GRC review process.
**Education:**
+ Associates degree or higher in fire related field (preferred)
+ High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years hands on experience in safety related field
+ Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
+ Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
+ Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
+ Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
+ Must be willing to travel.
**Experience/Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing** ):
+ Previous security or military experience

+ Must be able to meet and continue to meet requirements for specific skills, certifications or authorizations specified for the assigned site.
+ Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.
