Building and nurturing a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging recruitment technologies is paramount. You will conduct thorough candidate screening, including technical aptitude assessments and behavioral interviews, to ensure a high-quality hiring process. Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, define role requirements, and provide strategic recruitment advice is a core function. You will also be responsible for managing candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process, and extending offers. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech landscape, emerging skill sets, and competitive market intelligence. You will contribute to employer branding initiatives and help refine our recruitment processes to be as efficient and effective as possible in a remote setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and locations. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong emphasis on remote hiring.
  • Proven ability to source and hire for niche technical roles (e.g., AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Full-Stack Development).
  • Expertise in using various recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
