The Journey of an Apprentice Technician:
Our apprenticeship is a 4 week training program at the A1 Training Academy in Phoenix, AZ.
A1 covers flights and accommodations for the duration of your training in Phoenix. (All apprenticeship/training weeks are paid). You will typically work 45-50 hours a week while an apprentice and qualify for overtime.
Once you complete training, you will receive a one thousand dollar bonus, and graduate to a junior technician. You will perform your duties as a technician in and around your market. Boom!
Interview Process:
Our interview process is not long, but it’s thorough. We want to make sure that each person who joins the team is the right fit. And that we are the right fit for you!
After we review your application, you will be contacted for an interview with a recruiter if we want to know more. Plan on up to 30 minutes.
Next step is an interview with the Hiring Manager. Plan on approximately 60 minutes.
Last step is when the fun begins: you will be invited to ride along with one of our technicians so you can see what life as a Technician is really like. Plan on a full day.

The Job:
Travel to various service calls to meet customers in their residence and advise on repair, maintenance or purchase of a new door.
Assemble mechanical components or machine parts.
Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Order replacement parts.
Repair or replace worn or broken door parts using hand tools.
Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair.
Remove parts or components from equipment.
Install hardware or other interior fixtures.
Run wiring to connect equipment.
Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning.
Test mechanical equipment to ensure its functioning properly.
Document operational activities
Collect payments for goods or services
Basic Requirements:
Be nice! I know, we shouldn’t have to say that, but we mean it
Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods
Physically able to lift 75lbs
Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
Pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check required
Knowledge of basic software such as navigation apps, Google etc as well as tablet and computer use.
Basic knowledge of hand tools
GED or HS diploma not required, however reading skills as well as basic math skills (measurements, payments) are required

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, Apple Infrastructure to lead the development and maintenance of the shared systems, tools, and pipelines that power our iOS, tvOS, and visionOS applications. This role is pivotal in driving the technical vision, roadmap, and operational excellence of our Apple platform infrastructure. Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to adopt and maintain best practices, platform architecture standards, and scalable infrastructure solutions, fostering a collaborative work environment.

As the Roadmap Lead for Apple TV+ Business you will drive the prioritization of various cross functional initiatives and ensure these are scoped, sized, prioritized planned and executed flawlessly. You will work with leadership across business, engineering, program, product, finance and others to define a roadmap for Apple TV+ that drives strategic long term growth for the business.
Description Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis: partner with business strategic planning, analytics and finance to create repeatable analytics evaluation and forecasting models that can serve as a key input into the business and product roadmap. - Collaboration: work hand in hand with various functions across the organization, for the management and prioritization of Apple TV+ roadmap. - Operations: Define, Manage and optimize the process by which initiatives are reviewed and prioritized through the lens of financial success, customer need, engineering capacity and product feasibility. - Lead the Fiscal planning cycles for TV line of business in collaboration with other services and functions + present progress to leadership - Project Management: Outstanding ability to understand project management, dependencies, scaling risks and influencing stakeholders to drive business results. - Communication: exceptional ability to influence and communicate with multiple stakeholders in various functions and levels with an understanding of how to balance functional and business critical needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program/project management in large scale organizations.
- Experience managing cross functional teams through established frameworks and effective communications.
- Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, cross functional collaboration and work streams, working with limited resources
- Experience scaling programs and initiatives globally, with a deep understanding of the nuances across countries and regions

- A strong analytical brain comfortable leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.
- Outstanding ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
- An individual with natural curiosity and with an innovative and big picture approach
Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
