Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our growing team. We are a fast growing recruitment solutions company and are looking for a talented, energetic and self-motivated sales representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle.
The Role:
Call on companies that are hiring, ask questions about the roles, have they filled the positions and what challenges they are having. Then present the appropriate recruitment solutions to get their positions filled.
You will be calling, emailing, doing online demos over Zoom, interacting on social media, and most of all you will be closing sales.
As a note there are over 7 million open jobs every day across the country. You need to sell as few as 3 per week to be earning $125K + annually.
This is a work from home anywhere in North America opportunity. This is a straight high commission position, thought their is a $50 per week productivity bonus for making a certain number of calls, emails. demos and talk time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with 25-60 companies a day who are hiring.
- Through our databases find out who is the right person to contact
- Call, confirm you have the right person, ask questions about their hiring and challenges, then present our hiring solutions.
- Book appointments/meetings for short demos/sales meetings
- Close the clients as a new client with special new client offers
- Once using our services upsell to monthly programs, sole supplier deals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous B2B sales experience would be an asset
- CRM experience is a big asset
- The desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service approach
- Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

As a Coke Florida Sales Account Manager (SAM), you will be responsible for existing business development and customer relationships. The SAM increases business by selling additional brands and packages within his or her sales territory's existing customer base. The Sales Account Manager at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida works across all sales channels on a specified and cyclical sales route.
