Job Description

The Consumer Marketing - Retail Channel supports the execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement across retail channels. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and retail partners to help implement campaigns, track performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging in-store and online.
**Job Duties:**
**Campaign Support**
+ Assist in the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital content, and seasonal programs.
+ Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
**Retail Partner Coordination**
+ Support the marketing team in managing relationships with retail partners by preparing presentations, promotional calendars, and campaign recaps.
+ Help maintain retail marketing toolkits and ensure materials are up to date.
**Project Management**
+ Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.

**Analytics & Reporting**

**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ 5+ years of experience in marketing, in a retail or consumer-facing environment.
+ Experience working with marketing tools and platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems, with the ability to support campaign execution, reporting, and content development.
+ Experience managing end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes by coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of **Associate Director** **,** **Consumer Marketing** . This person will help develop the patient/consumer strategy and lead tactical execution of marketing initiatives for the ongoing growth of GEMTESA, our flagship treatment for overactive bladder (OAB).
