Safelite is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst to support our Commercial & Customer Experience (CCX) teams. This role will deliver impactful financial insights across a variety of strategic initiatives, including sales planning, customer acquisition, pricing, marketing performance, and digital optimization.
You'll work cross-functionally with business partners in marketing, digital, strategy, pricing, and advanced analytics, and be instrumental in developing tools, reporting, and models that inform data-driven decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for a rising FP&A professional with a passion for customer-facing growth and a strong foundation in Excel-based analysis.
What Youll Do
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and business case evaluation
- Analyze performance across KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Support evaluation of key initiatives including pricing strategy, marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and customer acquisition programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize, and analyze large datasets to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Assist in building and enhancing dashboards and visualizations to support real-time decision-making
- Translate complex analysis into concise, executive-ready presentations and summaries
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 35 years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance required
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of comfort working with large datasets, assumptions, and ambiguity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex financial data into business language
- Experience working with cross-functional partners, particularly in marketing, digital, or pricing analytics
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos preferred

Job Overview
The Associate Director, Marketing Analytics - Women's Health position will lead business insights for the commercial organization as it relates to the Women's Health therapeutic area. This role will be required to operate with diverse data sources, vendors, stakeholders, in a rapidly changing business environment.
This position will report to the Director, Commercial Analytics - Women's Health and will be an integral part of the Commercial Analytics team. This position will partner with marketing, finance, and market access leadership, along with other Commercial Analytics leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and reliable insights to stakeholders across the commercial organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Perform a critical role in enhancing marketing and market access offerings by developing insights from data/information and translating insights to shape commercial strategy and decisions.

Develop relevant and compelling insights presentations for key stakeholders, including brand leadership, cross-functional partners, and senior management while adapting communication style based on audience.

Lead the development of deep dive analytical suite assimilating insights from multiple sources, both internal and external, to help provide a thorough understanding of brand performance.

Develop strategic partnership as the point of contact for the Myfembree brand team.

Develop and prioritize key business questions with the cross-functional support of medical, clinical, brand teams, and other partners in the organization.

Manage development, delivery of strategic KPIs and supporting metrics for the monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Oversee analytic ad hoc project requests related to the Myfembree brand team.

Support the finance forecasting process by providing key insights and assumptions in partnership with brand leadership.

As part of the Myfembree brand planning process, create brand-specific situational analysis, participate in tactical planning and partner with sales and marketing to create meaningful KPIs.

Conduct advanced analytics for brand teams to inform brand planning, promotional resource allocation, and marketing strategies, including patient journey creation and ROI analysis.

Partner with marketing leadership to create and execute yearly analytics plans and budgets that align to brand strategies.

Previous commercial/ brand analytics experience (with Statistical Packages) preferred (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, etc).
The base salary range for this role is $155,440 to $194,300. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.

Job Description
Provide high quality legal advice and work product to Western Digital’s product management, marketing, engineering, and sales teams. This full-time position will report to the Director, Associate General Counsel, Product. This position is based in San Jose, Irvine or remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review, draft and advise on advertising and marketing materials, including packaging, press releases, product launch collateral, advertising campaigns, sweepstakes, promotions, and other related items

Advise internal business partners on requirements affecting all stages of a product's life cycle, including design, development, marketing, public relations, product launch and distribution, customer support, warranty, and related product regulatory concerns

Maintain current understanding of best practices related to legal issues in product development and marketing for technology companies, including strong familiarity with intellectual property and privacy matters

Prepare, review, and negotiate complex agreements including those for software licensing, software-as-a-service, co-marketing, strategic alliances, marketing technology products, hosted services including AI models, and marketing, engineering, and manufacturing services

Identify and analyze business and commercial issues connected with legal matters that could impact the business or a corporate function, and identify potential legal issues related to business practices and policies
Qualifications
REQUIRED:

J.D. degree from accredited law school

Current member of the California Bar in good standing, or California Registered In-House Counsel in good standing

At least 5-8 years’ relevant practice experience, at least 4 of which are as an in-house attorney

Experience working in house at a technology company highly desired

Experience supporting software or hardware-based business models

Familiarity with legal guidance for marketing related claims and/or product liability matters

Knowledge of product regulatory matters related to hardware or software products
