We are seeking a reliable and skilled Rental Services Shop Technician to join our team. This position involves hands-on work with portable HVAC equipment, including servicing, repairing, delivering, assembling, disassembling, and picking up units. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
+ Service and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on portable HVAC units to ensure optimal performance and safety.
+ Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on-site or in the shop.
+ Logistics Support: Load and unload HVAC equipment safely and efficiently using appropriate tools and machinery.
+ Deliveries and Pickups: Transport HVAC units to and from customer sites, ensuring timely and professional service.
+ On-Site Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble HVAC systems at customer locations according to specifications and safety standards.
+ Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, delivery logs, and inspection reports.
+ Performs all other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 2 years experience with HVAC

**Where is the work:**
This position has been designated as remote within a geography. Work will be performed with the greater **Springfield, TN** area.
**Job Summary:**
As a HVAC Apprentice on our Rental Services team, you will be primarily responsible for assisting HVAC Technicians in the daily maintenance, repair, operation and inspection of rental equipment, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts.

Finally, you will function as a team member to help with project installations. In this position, you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face.
+ Responsible for supporting the Team Leader with rental fleet maintenance activities, safety/housekeeping, and job order fulfillment.
+ Represents the company with direct customer contact and under direction from the HVAC Technician, assists in servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Coordinates with HVAC Technician to ensure rental equipment preparation and readiness for customers and delivery of parts to job sites, as necessary.
+ In addition to helping with other duties at the depot, you may perform vehicle maintenance, as necessary.
+ Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
+ Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays (20 to 25 % Travel).
**Qualifications:**
+ A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some experience in the HVAC industry; or education (Technical School) is preferred.
+ Experience with 480V/208V electricity and experience using a Multi Meter
+ LOTO (Lock out Tag out) Experience Required
+ Knowledge of pumps, Transformers and Testing to ensure operation
+ Cooling Tower Experience preferred
+ Experience Cleaning Condenser Coils preferred
+ Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
+ Universal EPA Certification Preferred
**Compensation:**
Base Pay Range: **$23 - 31 /hour**

**Additional Requirements and Environmental Exposure**
+ Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt

This is a 10-15 hrs per week, in-person position that includes weekends, holidays, and some evenings. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our properties are spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly prepared for each guest's arrival. Responsibilities

Guest Services & Property Inspector - Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed property inspections before guest arrival and after departure to ensure cleanliness, organization, and full readiness
• Verify all systems-including internet, TVs, smart locks, HVAC, water heaters, appliances, and plumbing-are functioning properly at every inspection
• Ensure cleaning crews have properly prepared each home, meeting company standards for cleanliness and presentation
• Report all issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the manager immediately to ensure fast resolution and minimal guest disruption
• Provide warm, helpful customer service at check-in, throughout the guest's stay, at departure, and post-visit via follow-up
• Assist guests with concierge-level service, including recommendations for dining, recreation, and local attractions
• Troubleshoot guest issues in person, over the phone, or using online and office resources to resolve problems efficiently
• Support guests with electronic devices such as TVs, remote controls, Wi-Fi, smart thermostats, and door locks
• Take and maintain accurate property inventories; create and update supply order lists
• Accept deliveries and assist in organizing and distributing rental supply inventory to homes
• Ensure all rental supplies are stored properly and remain organized
• Write and send thank-you cards to guests weekly to support guest satisfaction and retention
• Perform monthly air filter changes in properties and ensure systems are running efficiently
• Keep accurate and up-to-date property files and records on a daily basis

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and tech-savvy Part-time Guest Services Concierge & Property Inspector  to join our vacation rental team! This is a 10-15 hrs per week, in-person position that includes weekends, holidays, and some evenings. Typical Schedule is Friday-Sunday; perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and key point of contact for guests, vendors, cleaners, and contractors.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure our properties are spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly prepared for each guest’s arrival. You’ll perform inspections before check-ins and after check-outs, quickly report any issues to your manager, and follow up with guests to make sure they have everything they need for a fantastic stay.

You should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and an exceptional eye for detail. Dependability and timeliness are absolutely essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues like cable and internet setup. You’ll also keep an inventory of supplies like batteries, filters, and furnishings, and help maintain a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

The right candidate is someone who’s people-oriented, calm under pressure, naturally organized, and capable of working independently with little supervision. This is not a remote position, so we prefer applicants who live within 20 minutes of Tybee Island.
