Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and tech-savvy Part-time Guest Services Concierge & Property Inspector  to join our vacation rental team! This is a 10-15 hrs per week, in-person position that includes weekends, holidays, and some evenings. Typical Schedule is Friday-Sunday; perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and key point of contact for guests, vendors, cleaners, and contractors.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure our properties are spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly prepared for each guest’s arrival. You’ll perform inspections before check-ins and after check-outs, quickly report any issues to your manager, and follow up with guests to make sure they have everything they need for a fantastic stay.

Dependability and timeliness are absolutely essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues like cable and internet setup. You’ll also keep an inventory of supplies like batteries, filters, and furnishings, and help maintain a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

The right candidate is someone who’s people-oriented, calm under pressure, naturally organized, and capable of working independently with little supervision. This is not a remote position, so we prefer applicants who live within 20 minutes of Tybee Island.
