**Your Responsibilities**
As a **Human Resources Representative** for **John Deere Dubuque Works** located in **Dubuque, IA** , you will act as a strategic thought partner, consultant and advisor to business managers and employees on HR related matters. You will also:
+ Provide general HR support including policy and HR process guidance and be an advisor on HR systems/reporting tools
+ Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on a range of HR matters including talent management, compliance and performance management
+ Support and participate in Dubuque campus engagement initiatives and activities
+ Support Intern and Part-Time Student local programs for Product Engineering
+ Lead unit employee onboarding and development
+ Help Dubuque Works implement new HR initiatives and navigate change effectively
+ Coach and mentor managers and employees on a variety of HR topics
+ Coach employees and managers to help improve relationships and performance

**What Skills You Need**
+ 2 or more years of experience in HR processes such as talent acquisition, HR Operations Center, HR operations, benefits, or employee programs
+ Knowledge and experience using HR tools and applications (examples: Eightfold, Talent Central, One Model)
